It is with great excitement that we are launching our Restaurant at Home Menu! You deserve luxury and that is exactly what we intend doing with our menus. Our Personal chef services are now extending into your kitchen. Every Thursday we shall release our Fine Dining menu – for the weekend which will enable you to have your ‘Restaurant at home’ dinner from the comfort of your home. All you have to do is to lay the table, light the candles and play your favourite music.
During the week our menu shall have delicious “homemade” favourite dishes. We are also catering for the vegetarians, pescatarians and vegans. Initially our menus are limited, but over time we shall grow them and hopefully soon you will be able to join us in our Cellar restaurant with your own group of friends and or family for a gourmet meal.
Our menu for fine dining at home offers choices of Cape Malay curry/ Braised short ribs/ Oxtail/ Medallions of fillet/ Shoulder of lamb / Butternut/gem squash and feta Risotto/ Lamb cutlets/Roast Duck/ Seared Salmon/ Paella/ Chilli con carne/ Moroccan Chicken Tagine and then … Desserts like Tiramisu/lemon tart/apple tarte tatin/ flourless chocolate torte/artisan ice creams AND also our delicious soups! If you have a longing for any of your favourite dishes let us know and we can make it on order.

Gerda’s Cellar restaurant which can only hold small groups of up to 12 guests. It is perfect for private entertaining in a safe and secluded venue with loads of ambience.
