A Four course delectable dinner – each dish is paired to an award winning wine chosen by Gerda as Cape Wine Master. The food is Bistro style with a twist from locally sourced fresh ingredients and presented beautifully and stylish. The food and wine pairing course are explained and presented with great charm which creates an air of comfort in the cellar such that diners can relax, engage, and be enlightened while having a fabulous time.

Fresh West Coast mussels in a light curry cream sauce served with garlic bread paired with 2 wines

Roasted Fillet steak wrapped in parma ham served with a creamy wild mushroom sauce paired with 2 wines

Dessert

Chocolat torte or baked cheese cake with blue berries paired with a dessert wine
