Gerda's Table will be Hosting a West Coast Seafood Extravaganza Food and Wine Taste Experience (Long table for 18 guests) in a stunning location right on the beach with endless views of the ocean
Each course is paired to an award-winning wine chosen by Gerda as Cape Wine Master. The food for this event is locally sourced fresh Oysters, mussels, prawns and fresh fish. All the dishes are presented beautifully and stylish. The food and wine pairing courses are presented with great charm which creates an air of comfort such that diners can relax, engage, and be enlightened while having a fabulous time.
Aperitive on arrival
Fresh oysters with 3 different dressings served with Cap Classique MCC.
Starter
Antipasto platter of Cold meats and cheese Served with white wines
Main Course
Paella, Saffron rice served with a variety of prawns, calamari, mussels and fresh fish, Served with a salad served with white and red wines.
Dessert
Artisan made Semi-freddo almond nougat with raspberries and orange brandy snaps, served with an award-winning Dessert wine.
