Join Gerda’s Table for a magical night at our Festive Long Table at the newly renovated Emmaus-on-Sea, Yzerfontein with the most spectacular views of the ocean.
Aperitives and sparkling wine will be served on the patio at sunset. This will be followed with a sumptuous, elegant, multi-course affair which will rely on ingredients grown and sourced on the West Coast from our local and artisan suppliers. Aperitives, Oysters baked with champagne cream, Smoked salmon and ricotta rounds, Starter and Artichoke and salted ricotta tart with salsa verde.
Main Dish
Ginger and plum roast Duck served with wild rice and water chestnuts. French beans with almonds and Honey roasted heirloom carrots.
Dessert
Bombe cassis home-made ice cream with sweet and sour cherries, macaroons and praline or Baked lemon souffle tart served with award winning wines all inclusive.
