Long Table event - 4 course gourmet meal with wine paired to each dish all inclusive -see menu and cost here below. A Four course delectable dinner – each dish is paired to an award winning wine chosen by Gerda as Cape Wine Master.

The food is Bistro style with a twist from locally sourced fresh ingredients and presented beautifully and stylish.

Amuse Bouche on arrival with MCC Cap Classique sparkling wine

APPETIZER

Blue cheese tartlets with walnut topping drizzled with nut oil and garnished with parsley paired with white wine

STARTER

Fresh West Coast mussels in a light curry cream sauce served with garlic bread paired with white wine

MAIN DISH

Roast Beef fillet served with merlot sauce and paired with 2 red wines

SIDES

Medley of greens, Potato Dauphinois -layered and oven baked

DESSERT

Baked cheese cake with fresh berries paired with a dessert wine
